Hak-won, Yoon, Music Director and Conductor

Dr. Hak-Won Yoon is a conductor, professor, composer and clinician.
Also he is a publisher for develop new Korean choral music and lead 40 young composer for it.
He graduated from the College of Music at Yonsei University with major in composition and studied choral conducting and voice at Lowell University Graduate School.
He received honored doctorate degrees of church music at Midwest University.

Since 1970-2003, Professor Yoon has been directed 'World vision Korea Children's Choir'. His Choir's numerous world tours and achieved perfection over the years has earned him the very notable respect in the music circle around the world.
In 1978, he won the Director's Award at the international Choral Competition, which was sponsored BBC, from 1983-1987, he directed the Daewoo Chorale. in 1984 and 1987 respectively, Professor Yoon received excellent reviews from Asia Cantat in Nagano, Japan and the 1st World Choral Symposium in Vienna and they invited Seoul Ladies' Singers 3rd World Choral Symposium in Vancouver, Canada and also Incheon City chorale invited to Europa Cantat 1997 in Linz, Austria. 5th World Choral Symposium, Rotterdam, The Kingdom of Netherlands. 2002 He directed Asian Youth Choir in Niigata Asian Youth Choir, In Japan.
He teached for 25 years in Music College, Chung-Ang University. Professor Yoon is in the center stage of Korean Choral Society and here are some of his achievements,

* Artistic Director and Permanent Conductor of Incheon City Chorale,
* Successive service in Chairman of Korean Church Music Association and
Korean Federation for Choral Music
* He was Advisor of IFCM
* From 1971- Music Director of Zion Choir at the Young-Nak Presbyterian Church.
* Emeritus Professor of Music College, Chung-Ang University
* He was invited numerous times as a panel of International Choir Competition
and lecturer.
* Founded Seoul Ladies' Singers at 1989 and now is the Artistic Director
* President , Seoul Chorus Center

* Produced more than 50 CD and tape
* Incheon City Chorale will be perform ACDA Convention in 2009 as an invited foreign choir
